David E. Pawlik

David Pawlik brings over 25 years of project development, commercial financing, government relations experience to Creative Structures Services.  He is a graduate of Niagara University, with a degree in Labor Relations/ Marketing. Prior to starting Creative Structures Services, Mr. Pawlik served as Vice President of Pre-Construction/Development for Savarino Construction Corp.  Previously, Mr. Pawlik served as Vice President for Clover Management in Amherst, NY.  Before that position, Mr. Pawlik had a 15 year career with the City of Buffalo, serving as Commissioner of Housing/Community Development.

Russell D. Kyte

Russell Kyte brings over 25 years of construction industry experience to Creative Structures Services. He is a graduate of the University of Wolverhampton in England, with a degree in Building Studies. He is certified by the Construction Specifications Institute as a Construction Document Technologist (CDT).

Prior to starting Creative Structures Services, Mr. Kyte served as Vice President of Construction for Savarino Construction Corp. Previously, Mr. Kyte served as Project Manager for ADF Construction Corp. in Amherst, NY. Before that position, Mr. Kyte served as Project Manager for BRD, Inc. in Buffalo, NY.

Ed Pawlik

Ed Pawlik is a graduate of Clarkson University with a degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship with a Masters in Engineering Management. Prior to joining the CSS team, Mr. Pawlik worked for PC Construction, one of New England’s largest Construction Management firms working in a variety of market segments including multifamily residential, higher education, commercial, and water/wastewater. Since his start at CSS he has proven to be a valuable asset to the team by managing major multifamily & educational development projects. Ed oversees the on-going construction projects with a focus on managing relationships and communication between subcontractors, architects, owners, and the rest of the project team, as well as maintaining the project schedule and budget.
