CSS Construction served as the General Contractor for True Community Development Corp & Belmont Housing Resources for WNY to construct a new (30) family townhouse rental project. The complex will also have a community center/playground to support the family development. Construction commenced in the Spring of 2012 and was completed in the fall of 2013 funding through NYS 9% Tax Credits and City of Buffalo HOME Program.
