Sponsor: Sinatra & Company FUNDING NOTE: NYS Historical Tax credits & private equity Project: $11,700,000 Architect: Silvestri Architects Completion: December 2024 CSS Construction was selected to be the general contractor for the historic renovation of (36) market unit at the former Children’s Hospital complex. Funding is a combination private equity and historical tax credits.

Funding is a combination of pending Erie County Home Funds and NYS HCR­ Housing.

Sponsor: Anthony DeMiglio FUNDING NOTE: Conventional funding through Canal Bank Project: $7,500,000 Architect: Fittante Architects, P.C. Completion: Summer 2026 CSS Construction was selected to serve as the Construction Manager for the demolition of the exiting former Cold Storage building located at 701 Nancy Price Way, Youngstown, NY and to construct a (17) unit for sale market rate complex. Funding is a combination of owners’ equity and conventional financing.

True Bethel Commons Niagara Falls, NY Sponsor: Belmont Housing Resources for WNY& True Bethel Baptist Church, Niagara Falls SHARS: 20190339 Project: $10,523,758 Architect: Carmina Wood & Morris Completion: Spring 2023 CSS Construction served as the general contractor for the renovation of the former school, residence hall and school into (39) affordable housing units and a community center funding through NYS 9% Tax Credits and City of Niagara Falls HOME Program.

2128 Elmwood Avenue Buffalo, NY Sponsor: People Inc. Project: $2,200,000 Architect: Long Associates Completion: Spring 2023 CSS Construction was selected to be the general contractor for the renovation of a former 22,000 sq. ft. physical therapy clinic to office and employee training space.

CSS Construction served as the general contractor for the renovation of (44) senior housing units at the former Children’s Hospital located at 219 Bryant funding through NYS 9% Tax Credits and City of Buffalo HOME Program.

CSS Construction will be building out approximately +/- 8,000 sq. ft. of office space for the corporate headquarters for Say Yes Buffalo.

CSS Construction served as the general contractor for the renovation of a 55,000 sq. ft. former school into a new Charter School and office space for the Buffalo Urban League

Renovation of a former school converted into (14) apartments and 5.000 sq. ft of commercial space funding through NYS HCR/CPC Middle Income “PLP” program.

CSS Construction served as the general contractor for the new construction development along Dodge St, Northampton & Southampton Street on Jefferson Avenue. The project consisted of 89 residential units and 8,000 sq. ft. of retail/commercial space with funding through HCR 4% Tax Credits, NYS Brownfield, NYS ESD and City of Buffalo HOME Program.

CSS Construction served as the general contractor for the new construction development along 917 E. Delavan. The project consist of (8)unit residential complex renovation funding through NYS HCR Housing Trust and City of Buffalo Home Funds.

CSS Construction served as the general contractor for the new construction development along Holden Street adjacent to the former Central Park Plaza. Development consisted of new construction for (30) multifamily Townhouse complex along with a community center with funding through NYS 9% Tax Credits and City of Buffalo HOME Program.

CSS Construction will serve as both the developer & general contractor for a new 9,100 sq. ft. retail Family Dollar store.

CSS Construction will be the developer and the general contractor for a new 2,000 sq. ft. bank branch for Northwest Savings Bank located on Jefferson Avenue.

CSS will serve as the developer and general contractor for the conversion of a former medical office into (5) market rate apartments and 1,500 sq. ft. of commercial space.

CSS Construction served as the general contractor of a new (32) Unit residential complex with a community center, on a vacant parcel of land located in Lackawanna, NY funding through NYS 9% Tax Credits and Erie County HOME Program.

CSS Construction was selected to be the general contractor for a new (53) unit apartment complex located at the corner of Maryland/West in the city of Buffalo.

CSS Construction will be the developer & contractor for the new Dollar General retail store located in Little Valley, NY.

CSS Construction served as the general contractor for the renovation of an existing two- story building into a 2,000 sq. ft. “career employment training facility” along Jefferson Avenue.

CSS Construction will serve as the developer/ general contractor for the new 9,100 sq. ft. retail Dollar General along Transit Road .
