Buffalo investor spends $3 million to acquire two church-conversion projects
Areal estate agent and investor has acquired two prominent church-conversion projects, paying more than $3 million for the Lofts at Warwich and KLP Commons Apartments.
Michael J. Hartke Jr.’s Hartke Properties bought the two buildings from developers David Pawlik and Russell Kyte, owner of CSS Construction, who led the redevelopments of the former churches into 29 luxury apartments and four commercial office suites.
