Developments are taking off in Buffalo’s East Side

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — There have been multiple projects in the works in Buffalo’s East Side that are creating a development buzz in the area. A few of those, which are just a few blocks from each other, are creating excitement over what is to come.

“There is going to be a total transformation of this area in about five years” Developer Brenda Calhoun said.

Calhoun is in charge of a new muli-use facility on Filmore that is going to create multiple apartments and store fronts.
